When Jennifer Karen Madden first joined Medici Orthopaedics & Spine, she was simply looking for a part-time job where she could stay connected to people. Starting at the front desk answering phones just two days a week, Jennifer quickly became an indispensable part of the team.
Today, she is the proud Administrator for Medici’s Snellville and Marietta Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs), while working closely with the Kennesaw clinic when surgery days allow. Through dedication, natural leadership, and genuine care, Jennifer helped Medici’s surgical centers evolve from humble beginnings into streamlined, patient-focused hubs of healing.
As ASC Administrator, Jennifer wears many hats — overseeing patient scheduling, supply management, staffing, and day-to-day surgical center operations. She is the energy behind ensuring the centers run smoothly and efficiently, a task she takes personally, especially when it comes to respecting patients’ time.

Her passion for keeping surgeries and patient care on schedule reflects her belief that patients deserve the very best, from first phone call to final follow-up.
Healthcare is deeply personal to Jennifer. Having struggled herself with low back pain and herniated discs — experiences that ultimately led to surgeries — she brings heartfelt empathy to every interaction.
She understands the anxiety patients feel before procedures and the hope they carry into recovery. Her experiences allow her to connect with Medici patients not only through logistics and care coordination, but on an emotional, human level.
Jennifer's patient care philosophy is built around compassion, empathy — and a healthy dose of humor. Whether it's using sarcasm to lighten a tense moment or sharing a laugh as patients come out of anesthesia, Jennifer believes that healing isn’t just about the body — it’s about lifting the spirit too.
Her favorite moments are those small, unexpected bursts of laughter shared with patients — like the time a patient nicknamed "Bluebeard" woke up with dyed facial hair, or a grandmotherly patient promised to glitter-bomb the staff.
"If I’m not having fun, what’s the point?"
At Medici, patients quickly realize they're not just a chart number — they're part of the family.
Outside the surgery center, Jennifer's life is rich with family and community. She’s been married for over 22 years, raising three children who still call her house "home." Her family also includes six energetic doodle dogs, making her household just as lively and full of love as her workplace.
Jennifer cherishes vacations, especially beach getaways and cruises, and relishes weekends filled with laughter, card games, and friendships that are as strong as family bonds.
